One of the greatest challenges of a VO career is the mental resiliency it requires. My first 4 years doing voiceover, I didn’t book one thing but was getting auditions and had my agent say, “Just keep going, your auditions are good.” Through that and a 13 year voiceover career, I’ve learned tools that help me push through those mental hurdles. I believe mental resilience is just like exercise. It takes pushing through hard things to get better but there are tools you can use to recover faster. I want to share those tools!
