SOVAS Award wining voice actors Brigid Reale and Lynn Norris are no strangers to "voice over adjacent" work. Both have hired and been hired as team members for other voice actors (and each other!) for everything from administrative tasks, to copywriting to audio engineering and video production. Because they're busy voice actors in their own rights, they understand the value of trading a bit of money to get back time in their workday. Neither are strangers to project management either, having had past lives filled with overseeing complex assignments, evolving deliverables, and multiple timelines. They've developed tools and strategies for leveraging outsourcing to grow their businesses and are excited to share them with other voice actors.
